“哈喽，请问是7979吗？安娣需要食物，你们可以帮帮我吗？”
2021年6月1日，政府再次执行全面行动管制。许多工厂无法开工，波及在家做加工商用纸盒的英姐也失去了收入。
早年，英姐婚姻失败，只身来到沙登自力更生。她住在店屋楼上，以微薄薪水养活自己。第一次的行动管制，英姐节俭使用仅有的积蓄。好不容易挨到工厂再次运作，但没想到元气还没回复就再次受到重击。
英姐和蔼可亲，人际关系经营得非常好。在她挨着面包配水的危机关头，也有朋友偶尔接济她，并向她介绍可寻求的资源。
“英姐，现在很多商家有响应“举白旗运动” ，你有没有试过向这些商家申请？” 7979服务部的同工问道。
“有，安娣有打去。但是他们要安娣的出粮单，安娣没有所以申请不到。” 此外，7979服务部的同工还得知，英姐累积水电欠款，可能就快断水断电。
所幸，博特拉基督教会7979全人关怀站就在英姐不远处。得知英姐的需要，教会志管人立即联系英姐。教会不但为英姐申请急难救助金，还额外为英姐购买干粮，让英姐不需要再面包配水充饥。
教会志管人回忆和英姐的第一次见面，隔着防疫安全距离，英姐拿着教会的急难救助金和一大袋食物，她感动得说不出话。往后，透过无数次的电话慰问，一再而再地向教会表达感恩。
虽然英姐目不识丁，不过教会巧妙地在电话慰问中，把《福气临门》的重点带出，向英姐分享在困境中也可以有的正面心态与观念。如今，英姐的工厂已经重新营运，英姐也恢复了之前的收入水平。她谢谢教会的陪伴，并且向往早日有机会参加教会的聚会。

“Hello, is it 7979? Aunty needs food, can you help me?”
When the government announce for MCO once again on 1st June 2021, many factories were forced to shut down. Sister Ying who was folding packaging boxes at home was also being affected and lost her income.
Sister Ying moved to Serdang alone many years back after an unsuccessful marriage. She stayed at 1st floor of a shop lot, stand on her own feet with little that she got. During the first MCO, she carried on a simple life with her savings. Finally, the factory start operates again after a long wait. But little did she know that another hit came before she managed to recover from her loss.
Sister Ying is very friendly; she has good interpersonal relationship with others. During the most difficult time when she had only bread and water, her friends will occasionally help her. Sometimes, they would introduce and connect her with available resources.
“Sister Ying, now many merchants have responded to the “White Flag Movement”, have you tried applying for aid from any of them?” 7979 Department co-worker asked.
“Yes, aunty did called. But they ask for aunty’s payslip and I don’t have, so aunty can’t apply.” Furthermore, 7979 co-worker found that Sister Ying owed electricity and water bills for some time. Very soon, utilities supply might be cut off.
Luckily, Petra Christian Church 7979 Holistic Care Station was located nearby to Sister Ying’s place. When they got to know about this, the station manager immediately contacted her. They not only helped her to apply for emergency aid fund, but also bought her some dried food. Sister Ying no longer needs to live on bread and water only.
The manager shared with us, sister Ying was so grateful when she received the fund and the food. Even though that is the first time they meet and with safety distance, he can strongly felt it. After that, each time during phone call, she also expresses her gratitude.
Although sister Ying is illiterate, but through the phone call, the church shared with her the important point in “Blessing At Your Doorstep”, encouraged her that even during difficult time, we can stay positive. Now, the factory had started to operate, her income had also back to normal. She is very thankful that during the most difficult time, the church helps and stays through with her; she is looking forward to join church service soon.
