Nepal Flood Disaster Response – Phase Progress Report

From emergency relief to post-disaster recovery, 7979 has continued working alongside our local partners in Nepal, turning your generosity into practical assistance for affected families.

As our fundraising campaign has come to a close, we have compiled six progress reports documenting the relief efforts from the beginning of the disaster to the present, including relief operations, distribution of supplies, and fundraising updates. These reports aim to keep our donors informed of how their contributions have made a difference.

❤️ Our heartfelt thanks to every donor, church, and partner for your generous support! As of 15 October, 7979 has received a total of RM126,619.67 in donations.

Although fundraising has concluded for now, recovery and rebuilding efforts continue.

📖 We invite you to read these six reports and discover how every contribution has been transformed into meaningful action.

🙏 Let us continue praying for the affected families in Nepal as they rebuild their lives. Please also keep the following in prayer: From 26 to 31 October, Rev. Cheng Pysong will travel to Nepal with staff and other partners to follow up on post-disaster recovery efforts and assess ongoing needs. Pray for God’s protection and safe travels, as well as good health, wisdom, and sensitivity to the needs of the local communities. May God guide the team in identifying practical needs and building good communication and collaboration with local partners.
